Ծառայության Պայմաններ – 3DPrintingYerevan

3DPrintingYerevan ծառայությունները օգտագործելով՝ դուք համաձայնվում եք հետևյալ պայմանների հետ.

1. Ներկայացվող Ծառայություններ

Մենք առաջարկում ենք հետևյալ ծառայությունները՝

• 3D տպում
  
  

• 3D սկանավորում
  
  

• Անհատական պատվերներ, որոնք պահանջում են ինչպես 3D տպում, այնպես էլ սկանավորում
  
  

• 3D մոդելավորում / CAD դիզայն
  
  

Նշում: Եթե մի մաս տպվում է 3D տպիչով, սկանավորվում կամ մոդելավորվում է, ցանկացած հավելյալ ծառայություն (սքանավորում կամ մոդելավորում) կկիրառվի տարբեր վճար տպման արժեքից:

2. Օգտագործողի Պարտականություններ

Օգտագործողները պարտավոր են տրամադրել ճշգրիտ կոնտակտային տվյալներ՝ էլ. հասցե, հեռախոսահամար, անուն և հասցե, որպեսզի պատվերը մշակվի և մատակարարվի: Այս տվյալները կօգտագործվեն բացառապես պատվերների մշակման և մատակարարման համար:

3. Տպման Ձախողումներ

Եթե տպումը ձախողվի տպման ընթացքում, հաճախորդից վճար չի պահանջվի: Մենք կամ կկատարենք նոր տպում, կամ կվերադարձնենք ամբողջ գումարը՝ համաձայն նախապես համաձայնեցված գնի:

4. Վճարման Պայմաններ

Բոլոր պատվերների վճարումները կատարվում են կանխիկ կամ քարտով (POS տերմինալ): Վճարման մանրամասները տրամադրվում են պատվերի ընթացքում: Քարտով վճար կատարելով՝ դուք համաձայնվում եք Ararat բանկի պայմաններին: Բոլոր վճարումները կատարվում են ՀՀ դրամով (AMD):

5. Վերադարձներ, Դեֆեկտներ և Չեղարկումներ

• Հաճախորդները պարտավոր են հաղորդել ցանկացած դեֆեկտ կամ խնդիր վերցումից հետո 24 ժամվա ընթացքում: 3DPrintingYerevan-ը կփորձի գնահատել խնդիրը և որոշում կկայացնի՝ արդյոք կհատկացվի վերադարձ կամ նոր տպում: Վերադարձ կամ նոր տպում տրամադրվում է միայն եթե խնդիրը մեր կողմից է:
  
  

• Մենք չենք առաջարկում վերադարձներ կամ չեղարկումներ անհատական պատվերների համար, եթե սխալը չի եղել մեր կողմից:
  
  

• Մատակարարումը իրականացվում է միայն Երևանի տարածքում՝ Yandex ծառայության միջոցով:
  
  

• Պատվերի Դանդաղեցումներ և Չեղարկումներ:
  
  

  • Պատվերներ մինչև 50,000 AMD կարող են դանդաղվել մինչև 15 օր. Եթե ավելի շատ է ձգվում, պատվերը կարող է չեղարկվել ամբողջ գումարի վերադարձով:
    
    

  • Պատվերներ ավելի քան 50,000 AMD կարող են դանդաղվել մինչև 25 օր. Եթե ավելի շատ է ձգվում, պատվերը կարող է չեղարկվել ամբողջ գումարի վերադարձով:
    
    

  • Հաճախորդները անմիջապես կտեղեկացվեն ցանկացած դանդաղեցման մասին:
    
    

6. Պահեստավորման քաղաքականություն

• Հաճախորդները ունեն 7 օր իրենց պատրաստի մասերը ստանալու համար՝ ծանուցում ստանալուց հետո:
  
  

• 4-րդ օրը կհաղորդվի հիշեցում, որ մնացել է 3 օր մասերը ստանալու համար:
  
  

• Եթե մասերը չվերցվեն 7 օրվա ընթացքում, պահեստավորման վճարը 1,000 AMD կկիրառվի 8-րդ օրը, և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ 3-րդ օրը կավելացվի ևս 1,000 AMD մինչև մասերի ստացումը:
  
  

• Երկար պահեստավորման դեպքում անհատական չվերցված մասերը կարող են հանձնվել ջնջման կամ վերամշակման՝ բիզնեսի որոշմամբ:
  
  

7. Պատասխանատվության Սահմանափակում

• Մենք պատասխանատվություն չենք կրում դիզայնի, սկանավորման, տպման, մասերի միացման, խնամքի կամ ձևավորման սխալների համար, եթե դրանք չեն առաջացել մեր սխալից:
  
  

• Եթե վերջնական մասը չի համապատասխանում նախատեսված չափերին կամ հաճախորդի պահանջներին, հնարավոր է տրամադրվի մինչև 50% վերադարձ, եթե մասը վերադարձվի սկզբնական վիճակում: Սա վերաբերում է միայն տեղավորման խնդիրներին, որոնք չեն առաջացել հաճախորդի տրամադրած սխալ չափերից կամ ցուցումներից, և վերջնական որոշումը կայացնում ենք մենք:
  
  

• Մասը ստանալուց հետո հաճախորդը ամբողջությամբ կրում է դրա օգտագործման պատասխանատվությունը: Մենք պատասխանատվություն չենք կրում ցանկացած վնասի, ձևափոխման կամ խանգարումների համար, որոնք տեղի են ունենում հետո:
  
  

• Գումարային պատասխանատվության սահման: Մեր ընդհանուր պատասխանատվությունը որևէ պատվերի համար չի գերազանցում հաճախորդի վճարած ընդհանուր գումարը:
  
  

8. Բացառիկ Գիտելիքներ / Հեղինակային Իրավունք

Բոլոր դիզայնները, սկանավորված մասերը և 3D մոդելները 3DPrintingYerevan-ի սեփականությունն են, եթե այլ կերպ համաձայնեցված չէ գրավոր: Հաճախորդները իրավունք ունեն օգտագործել վերջնական արտադրանքը իրենց նախատեսված նպատակների համար:

9. Գաղտնիություն և Տվյալների Օգտագործում

Հաճախորդների տեղեկատվությունը հավաքվում և օգտագործվում է բացառապես պատվերների մշակման և հաղորդակցության համար: Մենք չենք տարածում անձնական տվյալներ երրորդ կողմերին, բացառությամբ պատվերի կատարման համար անհրաժեշտ դեպքերի (օր. առաքում):

10. Վեճերի Հաղորդում

11. Բովանդակության Օգտագործում

Մեր կայքում տրամադրված բովանդակության կամ ծառայությունների օգտագործման վրա սահմանափակումներ չկան: Դուք ազատ եք օգտագործել տպվածքները և դիզայնները ձեր նպատակների համար, ներառյալ առևտրային օգտագործումը:

12. Անհավանական Ընթացիկ Իրադարձություններ (Force Majeure)

3DPrintingYerevan-ը պատասխանատվություն չի կրում պատվերների ուշացման կամ կատարման համար, եթե դրանք պայմանավորված են իր վերահսկողությունից դուրս եղած դեպքերով, ինչպես բնական աղետներ, հոսանքի անջատումներ կամ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ:

13. Կարգավորող Օրենք և Հանձնաժողով

Այս Ծառայության Պայմանները կառավարվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքներով: Բոլոր վեճերը կլուծվեն Երևանի դատարաններում:

14. Ծառայության Պայմանների Փոփոխություններ

Մենք իրավունք ունենք ցանկացած պահի փոփոխել կամ թարմացնել այս պայմանները: Վերջին տարբերակը միշտ հասանելի կլինի այս կայքում:

Terms of Service – 3DPrintingYerevan

By using the services of 3DPrintingYerevan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• 3D printing
  
  

• 3D scanning
  
  

• Custom orders requiring both 3D printing and scanning
  
  

• 3D modeling / CAD design
  
  

Note: If a part is 3D printed, scanned, or modeled, any additional requested service (scanning or modeling) will be charged separately from the printing cost.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact information, including email address, phone number, name, and address, to complete the order process. This information will be used solely for processing orders and delivering products.

3. Print Failures

If a print fails during printing, there will be no charge to the customer. We will either reprint the object or issue a full refund for the originally agreed price.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for all orders can be made via cash or card (POS terminal). Payment details will be provided during checkout. By making a card payment, you agree to Ararat Bank’s terms and conditions. All payments are processed in AMD.

5. Refunds, Defects, and Cancellations

• Customers must report any defects or issues within 24 hours of pickup. 3DPrintingYerevan will inspect the defect and decide whether a refund or reprint is issued. Refunds or reprints are only provided if the defect is determined to be our responsibility.
  
  

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations for custom orders unless an error occurs on our part.
  
  

• Delivery is provided via Yandex within Yerevan only.
  
  

• Order Delays:
  
  

  • Orders under 50,000 AMD may be delayed up to 15 days. After this, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
    
    

  • Orders over 50,000 AMD may be delayed up to 25 days. After this, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
    
    

  • Customers will be notified promptly if delays occur.
    
    

6. Storage Policy

• Customers have 7 days to pick up their completed parts after being notified of completion.
  
  

• A reminder will be sent on the 4th day, notifying the customer that 3 days remain to collect their items.
  
  

• If parts are not picked up within 7 days, a storage fee of 1,000 AMD may be applied starting on the 8th day, and an additional 1,000 AMD may be charged every 3 days thereafter until the item is collected.
  
  

• Continued non-collection may result in disposal of the item after extended storage, at the discretion of the business.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for errors in design, scanning, printing, joining parts, sanding, or filing unless it is determined that the error was our fault.
  
  

• If the final part does not fit as intended or meet the customer’s specified tolerances, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, provided the part is returned in its original condition. This applies only to fitment issues not caused by incorrect specifications, measurements, or approvals provided by the customer, with the final determination made by us.
  
  

• Once a part is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for its use. We are not responsible for any damage, deformation, or defects occurring thereafter.
  
  

• Overall liability cap: Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, scans, and 3D models created by 3DPrintingYerevan remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are granted a license to use the final product for their intended purposes.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Customer information is collected and used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill an order (e.g., delivery service).

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Content Use

There are no restrictions on the use of the content or services provided through our website. You are free to use the prints and designs for your intended purposes, including but not limited to commercial use.

12. Force Majeure

3DPrintingYerevan is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or technical failures.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
